Velux Windows

Velux Windows & Skylights in Mansfield, Nottingham & Derbyshire

Installation and Repairs

Roof windows are one of the easiest ways to bring daylight and fresh air into a loft, extension or top-floor room. Roofsan fits new Velux windows and skylights, and repairs or replaces existing ones, across Mansfield, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and the surrounding areas.

Installation

Centre-pivot windows – the most popular choice for lofts, easy to open and clean.
Top-hung windows – open outwards for a clearer view.
Flat roof skylights – for extensions and single-storey rooms.
Electric and solar-powered windows – with rain sensors and remote control.

Every window is fitted with the correct flashing kit so it is fully watertight with your roof, whether that’s tiles, slate or a flat roof.

Repairs and replacements

If a roof window is leaking, draughty or hard to open, the cause is usually worn seals, failed flashing or a tired mechanism. We’ll find the problem and tell you whether a repair will do or a replacement is better value.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. John from Roofsan has been brilliant, he’s fixed our leaking roof which several previous roofing firms over the last three years have failed to remedy. He was very efficient, polite, quick to reply to messages and kept us fully informed sending pictures of the damage and repair. All waste was removed after finishing the work and everything was completed to a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we have already discussed having more work in the spring.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have never met a more honest, polite and friendly roofer than John at Roofsan. He came out to quote, arrived when he said he would and gave a very thorough inspection of the roof. We must have had about 7 other roofers come to quote before we came across John and none of them spotted the issues that he did. He gave a very good price and so much great advice as we are first time buyers. We felt really looked after by John. He fixed the problem straight away and communicated with us throughout. We would recommend him to anybody.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had Roofsan in to survey and quote on work that over the last 12 months has been repaired twice by reputable contractors and still leaks!!
We were recommended Roofsan and after being stung twice before we hesitantly went with them..to reassure us John offered a first time fix or our money back.
It’s been 8 months since the repairs and we have finally decorated the bedroom.
Polite on time and thrilled with the quality of work.
