Liquid Roofing: Arboflex & Flexitec

Liquid Roofing in Mansfield, Nottingham & Derbyshire

Liquid Roofing Systems

Liquid roofing is a cold-applied coating that cures into a seamless, waterproof membrane. It is one of the most practical ways to refurbish a leaking or ageing flat roof, because in many cases it can go over the existing surface once that surface has been properly prepared.

Roofsan applies Arboflex and Flexitec systems on homes and commercial properties across Mansfield, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and the surrounding areas.

Arboflex and Flexitec: the difference

Arboflex – a flexible polyurethane coating that moves with the roof as it expands and contracts. It suits roofs with lots of detailing and surfaces prone to movement.
Flexitec – a tougher, fibre-reinforced system with a harder-wearing, impact-resistant finish. It suits walkable areas and roofs that take more wear.

Why choose liquid roofing?

No seams or joints for water to get through
Resistant to UV and temperature changes
Often avoids the cost of a full strip and replacement
Quick to apply with little disruption
Works on flat roofs, balconies and awkward shapes

We’ll inspect the roof first. If the deck underneath is sound, a coating is usually the best-value option. If it isn’t, we’ll recommend a new flat roof instead.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. John from Roofsan has been brilliant, he’s fixed our leaking roof which several previous roofing firms over the last three years have failed to remedy. He was very efficient, polite, quick to reply to messages and kept us fully informed sending pictures of the damage and repair. All waste was removed after finishing the work and everything was completed to a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we have already discussed having more work in the spring.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have never met a more honest, polite and friendly roofer than John at Roofsan. He came out to quote, arrived when he said he would and gave a very thorough inspection of the roof. We must have had about 7 other roofers come to quote before we came across John and none of them spotted the issues that he did. He gave a very good price and so much great advice as we are first time buyers. We felt really looked after by John. He fixed the problem straight away and communicated with us throughout. We would recommend him to anybody.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had Roofsan in to survey and quote on work that over the last 12 months has been repaired twice by reputable contractors and still leaks!!
We were recommended Roofsan and after being stung twice before we hesitantly went with them..to reassure us John offered a first time fix or our money back.
It’s been 8 months since the repairs and we have finally decorated the bedroom.
Polite on time and thrilled with the quality of work.
