John from Roofsan has been brilliant, he’s fixed our leaking roof which several previous roofing firms over the last three years have failed to remedy. He was very efficient, polite, quick to reply to messages and kept us fully informed sending pictures of the damage and repair. All waste was removed after finishing the work and everything was completed to a very high standard. We have never met a more honest, polite and friendly roofer than John at Roofsan. He came out to quote, arrived when he said he would and gave a very thorough inspection of the roof. We must have had about 7 other roofers come to quote before we came across John and none of them spotted the issues that he did. He gave a very good price and so much great advice as we are first time buyers. We felt really looked after by John. He fixed the problem straight away and communicated with us throughout. We had Roofsan in to survey and quote on work that over the last 12 months has been repaired twice by reputable contractors and still leaks!! We were recommended Roofsan and after being stung twice before we hesitantly went with them..to reassure us John offered a first time fix or our money back.
