Your Local Roofer, Based in Mansfield

Mansfield is our home base, and a large share of our work is in and around the town, from older terraces near the centre to post-war semis and newer estates. We regularly work in Mansfield Woodhouse, Forest Town, Rainworth, Clipstone, Blidworth, Pleasley, Warsop, Sutton-in-Ashfield and Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

The jobs we see most are leaks, slipped and broken tiles, failed ridge and verge mortar, tired flat roofs on extensions and garages, and worn leadwork around chimneys. Most of these can be fixed with a targeted repair.

If your roof is getting old but the structure is sound, ask about a roof upgrade before paying for a full re-roof. We’ll inspect it properly, send you photos and give you an honest recommendation.

Towns we cover nearby: Annesley, Bilsthorpe, Blidworth, Clipstone, Edwinstowe, Farnsfield, Forest Town, Huthwaite, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Newark-on-Trent, Ollerton, Pleasley, Rainworth, Ravenshead, Retford, Selston, Shirebrook, Southwell, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Teversal, Tuxford, Warsop, Worksop.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. John from Roofsan has been brilliant, he’s fixed our leaking roof which several previous roofing firms over the last three years have failed to remedy. He was very efficient, polite, quick to reply to messages and kept us fully informed sending pictures of the damage and repair. All waste was removed after finishing the work and everything was completed to a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we have already discussed having more work in the spring.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have never met a more honest, polite and friendly roofer than John at Roofsan. He came out to quote, arrived when he said he would and gave a very thorough inspection of the roof. We must have had about 7 other roofers come to quote before we came across John and none of them spotted the issues that he did. He gave a very good price and so much great advice as we are first time buyers. We felt really looked after by John. He fixed the problem straight away and communicated with us throughout. We would recommend him to anybody.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had Roofsan in to survey and quote on work that over the last 12 months has been repaired twice by reputable contractors and still leaks!!
We were recommended Roofsan and after being stung twice before we hesitantly went with them..to reassure us John offered a first time fix or our money back.
It’s been 8 months since the repairs and we have finally decorated the bedroom.
Polite on time and thrilled with the quality of work.
