Roof Inspections and Surveys

Roof Inspections and Surveys in Mansfield, Nottingham & Derbyshire

Detect Leaks, Structural Problems, and more

Many roof problems can’t be seen from the ground until water is already getting in. A professional inspection tells you what condition your roof is really in, what needs doing now and what can wait.

Roofsan carries out roof inspections for homeowners, buyers, landlords and businesses across Mansfield, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and the surrounding areas.

When to book an inspection

Buying or selling a property – know what you’re taking on before you commit.
Damp patches or a suspected leak – find the real source before it spreads.
After a storm – check for loose tiles, lifted flashing and other damage.
Before winter – a routine check to catch small problems early.
A second opinion – if you’ve been told you need a new roof and want to be sure.

What we check

Tiles, slates, ridge and verge
Flat roof coverings, joints and falls
Chimneys, leadwork and flashing
Gutters, valleys and drainage
Signs of sagging, rot or movement

You’ll get clear, honest feedback with photos of anything that needs attention, and no pressure to go ahead. Where a roof upgrade or repair will do the job, we’ll say so.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. John from Roofsan has been brilliant, he’s fixed our leaking roof which several previous roofing firms over the last three years have failed to remedy. He was very efficient, polite, quick to reply to messages and kept us fully informed sending pictures of the damage and repair. All waste was removed after finishing the work and everything was completed to a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we have already discussed having more work in the spring.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have never met a more honest, polite and friendly roofer than John at Roofsan. He came out to quote, arrived when he said he would and gave a very thorough inspection of the roof. We must have had about 7 other roofers come to quote before we came across John and none of them spotted the issues that he did. He gave a very good price and so much great advice as we are first time buyers. We felt really looked after by John. He fixed the problem straight away and communicated with us throughout. We would recommend him to anybody.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had Roofsan in to survey and quote on work that over the last 12 months has been repaired twice by reputable contractors and still leaks!!
We were recommended Roofsan and after being stung twice before we hesitantly went with them..to reassure us John offered a first time fix or our money back.
It’s been 8 months since the repairs and we have finally decorated the bedroom.
Polite on time and thrilled with the quality of work.
